In June the Senate rejected Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s (R-AK) attempt to destroy the Clean Air Act’s ability to curb carbon pollution.

Please take one minute to join the Center for Biological Diversity in urging the Environmental Protection Agency to use the Clean Air Act's successful programs to cap carbon pollution at no more than 350 parts per million – the level scientists say is needed to avoid the worst effects of climate change.
