On the eve of the U.N. Conference on Climate Change in Paris, the global movement for climate justice is taking to the streets in major cities around the world. With climate change in the global spotlight, this is our chance to call for climate justice and an end to carbon pollution.
Over 1 million people are expected to join in over 2,000 cities. The epicenter will be a mega march in Paris. Our message: keep fossil fuels in the ground and finance a just transition to 100% renewable energy by 2050. Pope Francis is urging us to mobilize to protect our common home. Let’s make sure that Catholics from every single country join us on November 29.
